Pam is an exceptional realtor - the best of 6 corporate and 1 personal relocations I’ve done. She was able to help us find a higher quality home than we thought we could get for our budget. She has a highly reliable network of inspectors, tradespeople, insurance agents etc that were willing to come out on short notice and work through the few inevitable challenges we ran into. Her interpersonal skills are so good - she was able to understand what we really wanted and even anticipate and head off some of our challenges by letting us know what needed to be done when. Although our move was fast at just 2 months from start of search to close, I understand she has patiently guided first-time homebuyers through the difficult Reno home market as well. She has my highest recommendation.
